Learn how to develop buyer personas and discover strategies to develop deep, meaningful content that engages users. Veteran journalist and online editor Kathy Gambrell will help you develop actionable content strategies for various content distribution channels. You will learn how to optimize content to increase its impact, and you will explore tools for measuring content performance. This is an interactive workshop. You will leave with a workbook and a content plan that you can use immediately!
