Setting Your Business Foundation for Growth and Profitability – Montgomery County

March 15 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Setting up a solid foundation and infrastructure of systems and processes for your business is critical to sustained success. Systems allow you to manage every element of your business from routine daily tasks to standardizing steps, to implementing automated programs like accounting. Using proven systems results in efficiency, accountability, and automation, saving time and money.

This workshop taught by Afi Harrington, PhD. will show you how to look at your business from a systems perspective. It will help you identify where you might implement systems, policies, and processes. All small business owners and entrepreneurs should strongly consider this foundational workshop.
