You will have a chance to give a 30 second elevator pitch of your business or business idea (if you like). \nThis month’s topic: Mindfulness\nThese days\, we are always rushing from one thing to the next. We work and live in complex\, challenging\, constantly changing environments. We juggle constant streams of information\, and we attempt frantically to multitask. We are stressed and overwhelmed. We are so busy looking ahead and worrying about the future that we sometimes miss what is right in front of us.
