Join us for an interactive workshop dedicated to nurturing healthy habits and learning the techniques of Abhyanga also known as “Sneha” or Self-love. We’ll explore learning simple DIY Body Oil using organic grade essential oils and delve into the benefits of this Ayurvedic tool of Kansa. \nDesigned for ages 10 and up\, join individually or with loved ones.
