The more often you attend\, the more relationships you will build\, and the stronger your business will become! \nHere is the agenda: \nBusiness Metrics:  State Resources for Small Businesses \nPresenter : Tamar Osterman \nTamar Osterman has a broad background in public policy\, including a stint on Capitol Hill and many years as a government relations professional on the federal\, state\, and local levels\, focused on real estate and historic preservation. Since 2015\, Tamar has served as the Senior Business Development Representative for Frederick and Carroll counties with the MD Department of Commerce\, the state’s economic development agency. Based in Frederick\, Tamar works with businesses across industries\, of all sizes\, and in all stages of the business life cycle to connect them with state and ecosystem resources\, develop business opportunities\, and address challenges. Tamar holds an MPA from The University of Texas at Austin\, and her bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis. \n
