It is also the key to securing funding from banks and investors. Receive personalized guidance in writing a business plan for your business during this six-week intensive series. You will finish the series with a complete business plan in hand to guide you through the growth of your business. \nCourse topics include: \n\nBusiness Introduction and Description\nMarket Analysis Segmentation/Targeting\nCompetitive Advantage & Description of Offering\nMarketing Plan\, Selling Model\, & Product Launch\nOperations and Organization\nFinancial Analysis & Sales Projections\n\nTo finish the business plan in the six weeks allotted\, students are expected to complete assigned tasks in the classroom\, complete homework assignments\, come to class prepared\, and ask for help when needed. A laptop or tablet computer are not necessary\, but it is helpful to have in class. \nThe session runs May 7-June 11 and you’ll meet once a week from 9:30am-12:30pm at our Prince George’s County location.
