You understand your business but you are not an expert in HR. This workshop will teach you what you need to know about Human Resources so that you can create a foundation for future growth. You will learn about the infrastructure needed before you hire your first employee\, the basics of how to hire\, onboard\, pay\, compensation and benefits. We will discuss performance evaluation\, discipline\, and terminating employees. Discover the risks associated with misclassifying an employee as an independent contractor and how to scale for future growth. \nThis workshop will take place at Bowie City Hall. No registrations allowed after 12noon on the day prior to the workshop. \nNote our Policy: No refunds issued for workshops not attended.
