Our speaker for October is Gideon Gaines\, Business Banking Relationship Manager from M&T Bank! \nAbout The Speaker \nGideon Gaines started in banking in 2008 as a relationship banker. He worked at Provident Bank\, M&T Bank\, and Suntrust Bank. He rejoined M&T Bank in November of 2015 as a portfolio manager but quickly moved up to branch manager by 2017. Since becoming a branch manager\, he has been actively growing and fostering relationships with business and retail customers. He enjoys networking\, meeting\, and socializing with business owners as well as other working professionals. He believes true success is found in the relationships that you build. The efforts he has put into his work and servicing customers has led him to earn the status of Business Banking Relationship Manager vice president with M&T. \nOutside work he loves watching sports and spending time with his family. He is a huge Baltimore Ravens football fan. He also likes to volunteer with different causes whenever possible.
