Registration is not permitted after 12:00pm on the day prior to the workshop. No refunds issued for workshops not attended and walk-ins are not permitted. \n Inclement Weather: MWBC Prince George’s County follows Bowie City weather closings since this event occurs at Bowie City Hall.
