It is also the key to securing funding from banks and investors. Receive personalized guidance in writing a business plan for your business during this six-week intensive series. You will finish the series with a complete business plan in hand to guide you through the growth of your business. \nCourse topics include: \n\nBusiness Introduction and Description\nMarket Analysis Segmentation/Targeting\nCompetitive Advantage & Description of Offering\nMarketing Plan\, Selling Model\, & Product Launch\nOperations and Organization\nFinancial Analysis & Sales Projections\n\nTo finish the business plan in the six weeks allotted\, students are expected to complete assigned tasks in the classroom\, complete homework assignments\, come to class prepared\, and ask for help when needed. A laptop or tablet computer is not necessary\, but it is helpful to have in class. \nThe session runs February 5 – March 11 and you’ll meet once a week from 5:30pm-8:00pm at Bowie State University. Series fee of $199 includes materials and must be paid in full prior to start of class. No walk-ins for this series. \n*Intended Audience: pre-venture\, startup \n  \nPlease Note: Refunds or comps are available for classes cancelled by MWBC. All other refunds are not provided.
