Through her work\, she recognized a hunger for culture\, representation and authenticity in online marketing content\, this journey inspired the birth of Social con Cultura. In 2023\, Madeline transformed her social media agency into a dynamic marketplace\, providing on-demand content creators\, transparent pricing\, and culturally resonant content with results in just 24 hours. \nMadeline’s exceptional contributions are acknowledged by industry leaders\, such as LinkedIn\, DigitalUndivided\, Medium\, Hispanic Executive Magazine\, Hello Alice\, and Canvas Rebel.\nSonya Hopson\, CEO\nSage Services Group LLC\nSonya Hopson is the CEO of Sage Services Group LLC\, a professional services firm located in Bowie MD. Educational Leadership and Administration from The George Washington University. She is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMI) and a Certified Safety Professional (BCSP). \nShe has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations including the Board of Trustees for the SEED School of Maryland and currently serves on the Board of Maryland DECA. Sonya is also an active member of the Prince George’s County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority\, Inc.  Her most exciting role is mother to twin sons (Michael and Andrew) and daughter Jordan. \nTiara Andrews\, Business Retention Specialist\nCity of Bowie\nTiara Andrews is the Business Retention Specialist for the City of Bowie. She is a native of Prince George’s County\, and a product of its schools. Tiara graduated with honors from Prince George’s Community College with an associate degree in Criminal Justice Technology and completed her bachelor’s degree in Public Safety Administration at the University of Maryland Global Campus.  \nTiara has almost twenty years of government service with municipalities in Prince George’s County in Code Compliance and is now pursuing her passion for helping businesses and entrepreneurs thrive. Tiara works with local businesses to identify resources that will allow their business to flourish and be successful. She also helps business owners find new commercial spaces that will meet their needs and vision to help them expand\, grow\, and succeed. \nTiara’s passion for helping people goes beyond economic development. As an entrepreneur and a licensed life insurance agent in Maryland and Florida\, she helps families create generational wealth by providing them with information to secure their financial futures. In her spare time\, she enjoys traveling with her husband of over 16 years and her two wonderful sons.  \nAri’Anna Redmond\, BSU Student\, CEO\nTony’s Kitchen and Bakery \nAriana Redmond\, a junior pre-med student at Bowie State University\, is a driven individual with a passion for mental health advocacy and entrepreneurship. She honors her late father through her bakery business\, “Tony’s Kitchen and Bakery\,” specializing in allergy-friendly vegan treats.
