Tim is a native Washingtonian and has been engaged with mission-based organizations his entire life. Prior to Givhero\, Tim founded N Street Strategies\, a consulting firm that offered strategic and operational consulting services to the nonprofit sector. Stone\, Founder & CEO of Surveys & Behavior Analytics\, LLC\, is zealous about data\, ethics and scientific integrity\, and social change through carefully designed research. It has been her privilege and honor to witness the resiliency and agency of survivors of traumatic events. She is currently extending this work\, rooted in positive psychology\, as an executive coach to scientists and other professionals with a focus on emotional intelligence. Skilled in a broad range of quantitative and qualitative methods\, she brings over 20 years of experience in the areas of statistics\, survey design\, measuring sensitive topics for vulnerable populations\, and leading national surveys from conceptualization through executive level briefings and media outlets. \nOver the course of her career\, including over a decade of federal service at the U.S. Department of Justice and expert appointment at the Peace Corps\, she has worked on designing new scales for federal surveys\, written or reviewed OMB packages\, served on numerous scientific committees\, and currently serves on a private institutional review board. Katrina most recently served as a contractor for the Department of Veteran’s Affairs as the Government Program Director for J.D. Power and oversaw several contracts including the survey instrument design for the Post-Separation Transition Assistance Program. \nKatrina earned her Ph.D. in Social Welfare from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy & Practice\, her M.S. from Northeastern University’s College of Criminal Justice\, and is a Certified Professional Coach through the College of Executive Coaching. She also holds the ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation.
