Do you need to design, redesign or hire to create a website? During this workshop, learn to understand, plan and manage the web design process to create an effective marketing tool. Discover web design options and create a list needed for an effective website that will attract clients and satisfy search engine requirements.

About the speaker: Maria Ryan McElhenny is the MWBC Business Counselor in Frederick. With a background in web design, business banking and entrepreneurship, Maria knows first-hand what it takes to manage, grow, and overcome the challenges facing business owners. A 2003 recipient of the Maryland Latina Woman Leader of The Year and founder/president of Blooming Women, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to supporting women business owners and professionals, Maria hopes to help others by sharing and mentoring young women in all she has learned in her journey as a woman, mother, and business owner.
