Free Webinar: Time Management for a Small Business

The better you manage your time, the more money you can earn. With time management, business owners maximize how much they get done each working day. During this workshop we will explain the concept of time management and why is it important to a small business. You will learn time management practices which are commonly employed by a small business, including:

  • Pareto analysis
  • ABC method
  • Eisenhower method
  • POSEC method
