Understanding Your Financial Documents – Prince George’s County

Understanding your financial numbers is critical to any business but especially to a small business trying to keep cash flowing. Topics addressed in this workshop include:

  • Understanding of cash flow projections and budgeting
  • Developing forecasts and a one-year cash flow projection
  • Reading and interpreting an income statement and balance sheet
