About our speaker: Bob Canter is the President and Founder of Performance Realty Solutions, a commercial real estate consulting firm. He is also Managing Partner of CA Commercial Realty Partners and Creator of the Canter Center for Commercial Real Estate, a self-help initiative to assist small business owners find and secure their brick and mortar business location and a one stop web portal for comprehensive commercial real estate information. Bob is an expert in commercial leases and contracts and has negotiated hundreds of commercial real estate (CRE) transactions throughout his career representing both major Fortune 500 Companies as well as the small business owner. He has also been involved in $100 million commercial real estate portfolio sales earlier in his career.
