Bob is an expert in commercial leases and contracts and has negotiated hundreds of commercial real estate (CRE) transactions throughout his career representing both major Fortune 500 Companies as well as the small business owner. He has also been involved in $100 million commercial real estate portfolio sales earlier in his career.
