Teleworking Best Practices – Conflict Management

Recent times have caused many people to feel like it’s becoming harder and harder to have civil discourse with others, both in person and within the virtual world. This workshop will teach it’s attendees the recipe for receptiveness and give them the skills to create a peaceful and effective dialog with others. The goal of this workshop is to better prepare people for difficult conversations by learning how to respond to anger and hostility, find common ground with those who have different values or opinions, and engage with others effectively online.   Facilitated by, Molly Wilson.
