Join Maryland Women’s Business Center for a NEW monthly networking group created just for Frederick County entrepreneurs facilitated by your MWBC Counselors, Karen Kalantzis!
During the coming year, we’ll:
– Network with each other
– Learn from one another and,
– Build a supportive community.
The virtual meeting will be on the last Thursday of every month through 2021. The more often you attend, the more relationships you will build, and the stronger your business will become!

Presenter : Tamar Osterman
Tamar Osterman has a broad background in public policy, including a stint on Capitol Hill and many years as a government relations professional on the federal, state, and local levels, focused on real estate and historic preservation. Since 2015, Tamar has served as the Senior Business Development Representative for Frederick and Carroll counties with the MD Department of Commerce, the state’s economic development agency. Based in Frederick, Tamar works with businesses across industries, of all sizes, and in all stages of the business life cycle to connect them with state and ecosystem resources, develop business opportunities, and address challenges. Tamar holds an MPA from The University of Texas at Austin, and her bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
