This session is a dynamic discussion on how to run your business more efficiently. Simple improvements in daily workflows make a substantial difference in how a business works and lead to improved productivity, efficiency and increase profitability. We will review general business functions that typically present areas of weakness and provide ideas on simple improvements to build a base for sustainable systems that effect a positive change to your bottom line. We encourage you to submit your specific business challenge(s) in advance to address at the workshop.
