This is Session #2 in our six part series on Procurement. This session is Understanding Your Market. We will cover discovering your competition, your core competency, developing a capability statement and how to pitch your capabilites. We will also walk through the preparation required of you when you meet a procurement or contract officer. You must attend three of the six sessions in order to participate in the match-making session.
