FreeInnovateBOWIE! is an annual celebration of entrepreneurship, innovation, and community collaboration in the City of Bowie. Hosted by the Bowie Business Innovation Center (Bowie BIC), the event highlights how local businesses, universities, and government partners are working together to build a stronger, more innovative local economy.
This year, InnovateBOWIE! 2025 will spotlight Advanced Manufacturing—a rapidly evolving industry transforming how businesses design, produce, and deliver goods.
Through insightful discussions, interactive exhibits, and networking, attendees will explore how advanced manufacturing technologies—like automation, robotics, 3D printing, and smart systems—are creating new opportunities for innovation and business expansion in Bowie and across the region.
The event will also feature Spotlight on Bowie State University, showcasing research, innovation labs, and workforce development programs that are helping small businesses and manufacturers thrive.
