Understanding why management is critical to microbusinesses- even if you are a Sole Proprietorship. This workshop will cover understanding the challenges of managing a home-based business, how to identify internal and external team members, how to determine expenses, current employee needs and employee-management issues. We will also discuss insurance needs and associated expenses.
The Maryland Women’s Business Center is located at Bowie State University – 14000 Jericho Park Road, Bowie, MD 20715. We are on the 2nd floor of the Center for Business & Graduate Studies in the Bowie Business Innovation Center (Bowie BIC) Room 2312. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Turn right off of the elevator. We are a separate entity from the University. Our office phone number is 301-383-1550 ext. 104.
