Take a Quick Look at QuickBooks- Intro to Online QuickBooks – Montgomery County

Learn the fundamentals of QuickBooks such as how to invoice, receive payments and make deposits. We’ll enter bills, print checks, void checks, enter credit card charges, set up petty cash account, set up a loan, customize your chart of accounts and reconcile your checking account. We will also customize and filter reports.
We will touch upon additional features such as payroll, customizing invoices and forms, job costing features of QuickBooks Pro, inventory and sales tax. We will use the online version of QuickBooks so you must bring your own device in order to log onto the internet and follow along.
If you are not familiar with QuickBooks,it is strongly encouraged that you attend the prerequisite workshop on July 25 discussing accounting fundamentals to prepare for QuickBooks.
