Understanding your financial numbers is critical to any business but especially to a small business trying to keep cash flowing. Topics addressed in this workshop include:
- Understanding of cash flow projections and budgeting
- Developing forecasts and a one-year cash flow projection
- Reading and interpreting an income statement and balance sheet
