Learn why and how certifications available to women-owned enterprises and minority and disadvantaged women-owned businesses may open doors and result in business from federal, state and local agencies as well as private business opportunity. Representatives from these agencies will explain the criteria for their specific certification. Find out how to qualify and which certifications may be right for your business.
The Maryland Women’s Business Center is located at Bowie State University – 14000 Jericho Park Road, Bowie, MD 20715. We are on the 2nd floor of the Center for Business & Graduate Studies in the Bowie Business Innovation Center (Bowie BIC): room 2312. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor; make a right off of the elevator. We are a separate entity from the University. Our office phone number is 301-383-1550 ext. 104.
