Entrepreneurial Leadership Skills – Prince George’s County

Leaders must be able to communicate effectively, delegate efficiently as well as build trust with their staff. Powerful leaders must also understand 21st century leadership traits and techniques and apply them accordingly in the workplace.
This workshop will define leadership skills, evaluate 21st century leadership skills, review techniques and tips for building trust with staff; analyze common barriers for destroying trust, create leadership goals & expectations for team; develop new individual leadership action plan.
About Our Speaker: Dina Bell Nance is Chief Learning Officer at Training by Design, Incorporated. Her organization is focused on creating Global Training Solutions for both the Public and Private Sectors. Services include Professional Development Training, MS Office Technology Training, Project Management Training, PM Consulting Services as well as Keynote, Motivational and Retreat Speaking Engagements. Training by Design also provides Software Lifecycle Documentation and Testing Support Services.
