In this free webinar, Henry “Hank” Abromson will review the basics of what every creator and artist should know going into business for themselves. Explore key concepts such as corporate entity selection and formation, intellectual property protection, contract basics, negotiating and understanding commercial leases and more. After attending the presentation, participants will understand the basics of business formation, business operation and intellectual property protection.
About the Speaker
Henry “Hank” Abromson is the founder and owner of Henry Martin Law, a business and intellectual property law firm located in Frederick, Maryland. Hank has been in the practice of law for twenty years, working with a variety of small business owners, including numerous artists and creators. Hank spent most of his career working for large law firms before starting his own firm, Henry Martin Law, in 2018.
